Notebook with the word gratitude

Hello beautiful friends,

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

For most, winter has come and now that Thanksgiving has passed, we look to the coming holidays in December.

It is so very easy to lose sight of what we are grateful for in the hustle and bustle of the season.

Lose sight of the beauty around us.

In winter, nature is resting for the beauty and growth in the Spring.

She is resting, renewing, and planning to ignite her power in the Spring.

Would you like this holiday season to be different?

Would you be willing to spend five minutes twice a day if things could be different?

Would you like to ignite your power in 2024?

An amazing way to begin this process is a regular gratitude practice.

 Five minutes, twice a day.

How much time do you spend scrolling on social media or other things to distract yourself that bring no value or impact?

There are many scientifically proven benefits to a regular gratitude practice.

Here is a short but mighty list:

Improves health, sleep, and mood and makes you happier.

❇ Increases resiliency, self-esteem, and improves relationships

❇ Increases optimism and improves your patience

❇ Improves your energy and keeps you mentally present in life

 Just try it…

In the morning, write down 3 things you are grateful for.

Before you go to bed, write down 3 things you are grateful for.

Aren’t you worth taking five minutes twice per day to have huge changes?

You have to write it down or it doesn’t still and create new neural pathways in your brain.

I am certain if you do this on a regular basis, things will begin to shift in your life personally and professionally.

If you are a leader, regularly practicing sincere gratitude with your time is critical to cohesive, trusting, effective teams.

Make the decision that you are worth it.

“December has the clarity, the simplicity, and the silence you need for the best fresh start of your life.” — Vivian White

Having a gratitude practice literally kept my fear level down when I had to fly off of a cliff in a two-seater Medical Plane with one of my daughters who was in a life-threatening crisis.

I kept saying "Fear and gratitude can’t exist at the same time.” - Tony Robbins

I am grateful for… and the list was so long.
